I posted my aquarium for sale on recycler. Here's a response. Never thought id see this scam. I see these scams for motorcycles and cars, but for hobby aquariums?...common now.

Should tell them lets deal and get the $5000 phoney check to put on my wall just to get their hopes up hehe??? I also put the price and "obo' and they didnt even bother to argue to seem somewhat realistic

Apparently, this person thinks your aquarium is very beautiful. Anyway, the first two lines reek of skank booty and the rest is somewhat entertaining...until you realize that there are poor saps out there who fall for this stuff.

oh man this is getting even better. I just recieved another 2 emails, from 2 new people, with the exact same transcript as the first one. Man if i had no idea the first one was a scam, well, the second and third emails shoulda given it clear away to even the densest sap. I guess there really is a class overseas that teaches people to do this scam, too bad for their sake they didnt teach them to maybe CHANGE the stupid scam email. The banks gonna treat me weird after i bring in 3 phoney $5000 checks all on the same day lol.
