There's a new motorycle racing game out for the PS2 called Riding Spirits and if you go to their website, you can enter to win a new R6.

I bought that game like a month ago and it is a really fun game... I own my bike and have it all beefed up ('02 SVS Blue). It is pretty fast. I am now at the really hard part the spirit part.. It is kicking my tail. There are some really old bikes and they are fun to mess with settings and see what they will do.

I picked this up recently... Played it once... I can't handle the controls... it just doesn't work for me... Maybe I'll figure it out eventually, but for now I'm just gonna go ride my bike IRL.
I bought it, played it for a little while, and got bored with it fairly quickly. There's just something funky about the controls. Seems a little better when playing in the first person view, though.
Just bought Grand Theft Auto: Vice City today. I've heard the motorcycles and scooters are a bunch of fun to ride. Might have time to check it out this weekend. If it's anything like GTA 3, and if the reviews are correct, it should be a great game.
Vice City rocks! The MC's and scooters are a lot of fun... and the helicopters... :)

Oh hell yeah! I just hopped on the sport bike for the first time... Lofted the front wheel going over a bridge way too fast... got tossed off in a resulting wreck and killed (my wrecks on the cruisers tended to result in 1 pt of damage)... For some reason, I really enjoyed this, too...
I think GTA is just my favorite vehicle sim game... its just so much easier to control than gran turismo or riding spirits...

I need help. I think I played Vice City for about 20 hours this weekend. :eek: :geek: #-o

Haven't gotten there yet, but I did recognize his voice at the party on the boat, early in the game.

Pulled off a 15 second wheelie, though. Then I ran out of runway.
I just bought Vice city as well, Im on the 5th mission I think, were Im dropping off timed bombs with a remote control helicopter in a building, while guys are chasing after it, and getting all chopped up, oooohhh and just got the chainsaw too hehe..... and stoppies on the mopeds are so funny, I wonder if anyone has ever really done a stoppie on a moped before LOL just thinking about it...

I dunno if real scooters have enough front brake to do a stoppie. But then, they're so tiny and light, maybe they don't need much.

I picked up Riding Spirits last night for $12.99 (not bad IMHO)... Does this game get better? I still haven't done anything to it so far, but I've noticed that turn-in is SO slow... When I start messing with settings will that get better?
The first thing you have to get is the softest racing tires. That makes the game bareable as long as you race 250s and 600s.
I got some good bikes and then got to the point of night races and it was totally ridiculous. It hasn't come off the shelf much since then.

I don't think I went beyond the first trainer... I don't know that I ever even finished it, since I couldn't turn.
Rockstar needs to put out a bike racing game.

riding spirits is pretty disappointing. worst thing about it is i bought the game when it was like $30 so i wasted the money.
vice city kicks butt. i'm stuck on one mission now but it is very fun to play

Yeah, after having a while, I'm not a huge fan of it... Although I've now finally played it enough to unlock the SV400, so I should go and pick up one of those, maybe it'll be more fun that these little 250s...

After renting and playing RS for 2 days I love the game. I don't see what everyone is complaing about. you just have to learn the controls..Anyhow For all you people who bought it and Hated it I'd like to buy a copy, First one to PM me I'll buy yer copy. Oh and it seems there is a riding spirits 2 with more bikes and such..I think it was a japan/europe only release though.
