I just picked up this book based on the itty-bitty quote in the beginning:

"Gentle Reader: You, sir, are an anarchist, and Miss Manners is frightened to have anything to do with you." -- Miss Manners.

This book is funnier than hell. It covers such subjects as sex, tattoos, motorcycles, drinking, strip-clubs, fighting, how to bum a smoke, how to order a drink.. all with a humorous twist.

the first page of the book is their page long disclaimer from their lawyer: "... In short, don't blame us for anything. If there is one overarching, sacred rule of etiquette for outlaws, it is to take responsibility for your actions, because, damnit, we won't."

anyhow, it's funnier than hell and ya'll should look into it.

I saw that book at the Hard Rock casino in Vegas last weekend. Definitely some interesting subjects in there.
