I'm tempted to try that #5 ride, the 3 canyons loop, but just pick it up from off I-5 instead of starting out in Santa Paula. Anyone ridden those canyons, Francisquito, Bouquet, and Spunky?

Just did the 33 from Ojai out to Gorman this weekend. First 60 or so miles was a blast, last 30 or so I REALLY didnt care for.

Lots of dangerous blind turns with loose gravel and streams running across the road, very hilly to the point where it just wast fun, for me anyway.

San Fran I haven't ridden on my motorcycle only on my bicycle, but the others are great! From Los Feliz head up the 5 get off at Osbourne near Hansen Dam, go up Little Tujunga and then Bouquet and Spunky. These aren't really directions but just to give you an idea. Don't you ever go on any of the group rides? Let me know I'll be happy to show you the way.

I've been up and around Bouquet a bunch of times since I made that post above a while back. I love it. I haven't been on the bike much for the past several months, but I'm getting out again now, and I'll definitely be looking to hook up on some group rides out that way.
