what can cause the oil pressure to decrease or increase?

you can get gauge from dealer.
there are many reasons for pressure go up or down.wherever oil goes thru or is not suppose to go thru can be reason.
you need to find problem to correct it,take motor apart.
there is no adjustment for it but it can be changed even if right.
race teams like to run pressure relieve valve with different spring or different valve to get desired pressure.service manual gives you range from 28-85psi.
