ok this week im most likely going to get a new slip on and new tires...now how easy it is for the install? i have a rear stand, but not a front one..so im probably going to have to take the bike in to get the tires changed...about the slip on...can i just sawzall the old pipe off and slip on the new one? i dont wanna mess it up..and i dont wnana pay an arm and a leg for someone to do it...and since i really cant ride the bike with tires and a exhaust can sticking outta my backpack im limited to where i can go (im gonna have to have someone else follow me in a cage most likely) so any tips or help? :D
Borrow someone's front stand and use a sawzall. No problem.

Rear stand is just fine for the slipon install. Take off the right rearset first before you do any cutting. It'll save you quite a bit of time.
Follow directions from that point on as far as the distance of the cut from the weld.

Come see if my front stand works; I know the rear will. BTW; when are you heading over there? I'm tentatively picking up everything tommorow also.

are you riding or driving? I'm planning on giving them a call about 1 and zipping down there. If you're driivng maybe I can carpool with you and you can pick up my front stand too.
