forgive the noob question, but my boot is too thick to comfortably fit under the lever. how does one adjust it so as to raise the shifter? i assume it can be done with the nuts on the lever, but i'm clueless.
thanks all!

undo the 10mm nuts on the shift linkage and rotate. One of those is opposite threaded, BTW.
Or you can swing by here sometime and I can help you adjust that sucker.
yeah just remeber little bit of adjustment = big change

yes undo both nuts; spin the shifter linkage then retighten the nuts
if you're really anal you can also apply loctite to make sure that they dont' move.
