I can't believe I forgot to say something about this! I finally got my lower fairing on Tuesday! I've been so busy that I haven't even opened the box!! I even totally forgot about it yesterday!
So who knows a good place to get it painted? I've heard one of the guys in the NorCal group got his painted for as low as $50! Color-matching looks pretty good and quality looks to be very good. Any ideas for our area?

Yay! Did you get the OEM fairing, or another brand?

I chose the Hammer-IT fairing. I like the looks and the price of it a lot more than the OEM fairing. Even after getting it painted I should still come out $100 or more cheaper than the OEM fairing.

I like the look of the Hammer-It fairing too, but I decided to get the OEM because it was already prepainted. Now you'll have to get a new avatar with them new Hammer-Its on. :D

Well Quickstop? Still haven't heard from you with advice on where to get my new bodywork painted.
Anyone at all? Advice? Word of mouth? Anyone?

Friend of my fathers, does good work. You'd have to bring the lower down there so he can see it and give you a quote.

Jimm...have you tried emailing David? I don't think he checks the boards everyday like...ahem...some of us do...;)

What is the status of this? Did you ever get it painted, and if so how much?
