Noted in the subject line I would like to develop a list of "Things to Tighten and Torque"

1. Motor mounts
2. Check Axles
3. Levers
4. Exhaust
5. Faring screws
6. Lock tabs on the master cylinder

7. triples <---love to wiggle loose, especially after you've worked on the forks
8. caliper bolts
9. clip-ons/handlebar mounts

Countershaft sprocket - But only after a aftermarket install.
110 lb ft.

I've had 3 things come loose and they were all plastic parts. Chain guard, front fender and countershaft sprocket cover.

Along with tightening and torquing is it recomended to use loc tight every once in a while?

Had my left side rearset assembly come loose one time, 1/4 turn away from falling off. :eek:

clip-on's definitely should be checked now and again, and carry the toolkit in case you need to tighten them up on a ride. Don't want to let someone ride your bike up Pally and have the clip-ons pull-in parrallel to the frame again -oops!

oh yeah - if your bike is held together with zip-ties like mine, carry extra ones with you in case one or two break while doing squidly manuevers :D
