I am gonna have 5k but I need something for the street, oh well. It looks alot like an 05 650 though with the frame, they look almost the same way. Cool though.

I'm fairly certain this guy is legit. He's a member over on the sv1000 portal, and he's been detailing/posting the whole build up over there. He even posted the FS notice on the other site (at 5500 though... must like you SoCal folks).

Helluva Nice bike.... I'd spend 5k on it for all the work done if I didn't already own one ;) . Just get yourself some round projector beam type lights in the fairing (al la Duc 999), and some quick disconnect blinkers + mounts.... would be a rowdy and unique streetbike. Fun fun fun......

If I am correct Zoran built this bike, but I could be wrong.

Well, der. Of course this guy is legit. It's Kurt Spencer . . . AFM racer . . . . fellow Renonian of Zoran, and yes, the wise-cracking Yugoslavian is the mechanic behind this bike.

I can deliver to willows.. just gives me another excuse to go racing down there.

someone could be out riding instead of this bike sitting in my garage..

I have no problem with test rides, as long as you are serious.

Tom, your lower is done and sitting in my living room, along with stevan's stuff.... will have to figure something out.

You'd better figure things out pretty quick, dingus. Monday's already over. 4 more days and he'll be turkey basting it.

Seriously if it was a 650 I'd be very interested. I think I really don't want to go to heavyweight class.

The average pace (at least in the novice classes at wsmc) is quicker in middleweights than the heavyweights.*

Be safe...buy Kurt's bike :D

*at least that's what it felt like :o

Really I want a lightweight bike to get into lightweight practice. I'm only riding the R6 cause it's what I had. :D

Kurt would know (it's his bike). Off the top of my head you would need to remount the headlights and wiring (he may still have them, or Zoran might have some), cut holes for the lights to show through. Remount the tail light, again cut a hole for the light to show through. Mount the license plate somewhere and stick some blinkers on it and get a bar end mirror. There, Fin.

SOLD!!!!!!

just signed the paperwork an hour ago. this bike is mine! now i just have to wait on it to get here. buying a bike cross-country kinda sucks the joy out of it. no instant gratification.

thats ok, im sure i will have that "just got a new bike" feeling when it gets here :D
