For Sale: 02 TL1000R for trade for 600cc

i have a 2002 suzuki tl1000r sportbike that im looking to sell. it has about 12k miles i believe and it has a clean title (title in hand) bike runs excelent only needs a few things typical of the mileage. here's the deal on the bike:

its been lowsided 2 times by me. both times at low speed, and i have pictures of all damage that it had. nothing mechanical was harmed and the bike has a tipover sensor so it shuts off right away. there is damage to the left side fairings from a lowside i had this weekend. i hit some sand.

it will need a new chain and sprocket eventually. thats about 150 bucks and easy as hell to change.

this is all i can think of thats wrong with it at the moment.

the bike is equiped with an active TRE mod, D&D slip on exhaust, gaffler steel lines and HH pads front and back.... front lines and pads are brand new. it also has a fully polished frame and swingarm... looks like chrome.
it has dunlop 208gp tires on it with a 190/60/17 rear. also has race tech gold valves in the forks and new fork seals.

what im looking for: feul injected 600cc sportbike, any brand but preferably an r6. some damage considered. btw, all brackets and lights are fine. its only cosmetic fairing damage.

as for trading for an sv, i love them but i dont think i wanna have one instead of my tl. i'd LOVE to have one in addition to it but im not rich enough. unfortunately i think i need the extra power of a inline 4 600 for faster roads and tracks like willow springs to make up for my lack in riding ability though.

and as for a price to sell it outright, i would really prefer a trade because i dont wanna be stuck without a bike for a while but if i were to sell it, i'd like to get $5500 as is or $6000 repaired. basically to be mint, it will need a new left hand fairing and a new front upper. the tail was repaired and will be repainted shortly. if i get ambitious i may repair everything soon.
as it sits right now, it is 100% ridable and only has rash on the left side. the right side, lower, and tank is near mint except for a small chip here and there but nothing from the lowside. all brackets and lights are fine.
