All these are, are plates which bolt on where your peg assembly bolts to the frame, and you bolt your peg assembly to these plates. For about $70, you can mount your SV pegs probably more aggressively than an SVS, and if you have an SVS, go nuts... They provide a lengthened shift rod, which you'll need with the new peg position...

How far back/up does it move the pegs??

I believe more than the distance between SV and SVS... But there are several mounting points, so you can determine how far you want to move it...

You can find some much nicer brackets here Area 51 Racing (http://www.area51racing.net/custonraceparts.htm)
These are a lot better quality and have more adjustability.

Yeah, one of these two companies will probably get some of my money now that I'm going to get paychecks... Of course, I should probably fix the suspension to the point that I have the confidence to scrape a peg...

for a few bucks more you could have the whole rearset...... not just the plates.

They look to be decent quality and you have a few options for placement.

Yeah, but I don't want to pay too much... As others have said, they don't make the bike faster :D
But I know a guy in NorCal that can make them (as you've seen if you've been reading the site). His look pretty trick and if he'll let me, maybe I can distribute down here for him (if you guys like them)... He's the same guy that did my license plate frame.
