Pretty cool...what's it made out of? How much was it? Is that an Aprilia in the background? ;)
CNC machined aluminum. It was a sportbikes.net group buy $59.08 + $5.50 shipping from Cecil, Grandpa Tools and Toys, 770-491-1223.
Good eye ;) GF is learning to ride the Aprilia RS125.
Looks good Paul, can't wait to test it out.

better than the camera mount I've been using, I've been having a portly girl with leather chaps and some nice tatoos hold the camera,
best part is it gives me the chance to use my "if you can read this the bitch fell off" shirt
Sweet setup Paul!
Yo Paul,
How long does it take you to install/take off that thing?
R
It takes maybe 5-10mins to unscrew and replace the 4 screws on the gas tank to mount the thing. It also works on an R6 (using 2 of the 4 screws), as I found out at the trackday. I'll try to get the footages online soon.
It should work on some gixxer's as well as the TL... I am pretty sure they all use the same gas cap....

....yes please.....
....and you did say.....soon.........right?.....
:D
Hey, Paul. How much are those mounts priced regularly? How was that company to deal with?
Not sure if it's $69 regularly. They were okay to deal with. I think they now have a website with contact info too:

Yo,
I used this mount and for some reason, wasn't able to refuel without taking the mount off. Maybe it was "rider error."
R
It's a pretty tight fit. So, make sure the gas cap opens (which it should) before tightening down the bolts.
