Avatar in profile

How do you get avatar pic and does it automatically resize ? I've looked in profile but don't see any info on it.

start by clicking here (http://www.socalsvriders.org/forums/member.php?s=&action=editoptions)

scroll to bottom of page and there is where you change it. Your avatar image can be up to 150 pixels square. I think the board will resize it(withint reason) automatically.
