I dunno, but that is the single ugliest part of the 2gen, so this bike looks pretty sweet.

Zoran that thing is amazing! Doesn't the 2nd gen have different mounting points for the engine? What kind of rear swing arm is that? -or did you weld the brace on yourself? Really like the homemade subframe too! Wow that's nice...

... he braced the original swingarm w/ oval Al tubing. very nice fabrication indeed. details can be found in the original post:

both frames have same mounting points.
yes,I braced stock swingarm.
subframes are available for sale but little different than picture shows(shorter for racing).that one is prototype and made for street fighter I am working on.

MMMMM Heineken Dark, oh yeah the bike is nice too:D Is that an R1 front end? What are the benefits of this configuration? (motor&frame)
no,just calipers are r1.forks are 04gsxr 600/750.
benefit is that this motor bone stock with flatslides instead FI makes 75hp.;)

Do you run a 1st or 2nd gen electrical system?
Is 75hp more than a 1st gen motor with flatslides?
yes,1st generation electrics,trimmed down to nothing :)
yes, more than old sv with just flats.put it this way.2nd generation motor with stock throttle bodies makes about 71-72.
difference in hp between 2 is in cams.
