Have you guys seen this Chin Spoiler before?

That does not look like OEM...

I wonder who makes it? and How much is it?

Nice but a bit too big ... makes it look like the upper fairing has been removed. Unless this is for the track to catch oil. A slightly smaller one would look better there by itself.
