So it's time for me to buy some new sprockets for my F4i... In hopes of getting more usable power I've decided to go down 1 in the front and up 1 in the rear :D .

Where have you guys bought sprockets in the past? Any recommendations on a cheap/good website?

Why, from Spacely Sprockets of course:

I didn't know regina made sprockets too.

If you are going to change both sprockets you might as well go to a 520.

I've used Afam and Vortex sprockets. Both have been pretty good. I've only used DID chains and they have not let me down yet.
