Has any one tried the purolator ML16818 for the 2005 sv650??? The listing says its for the 99-03 SV. But i read that the filter is same for both.. Im thinking about ordering a case of 12 so i can save some money on them. My first oil change would be with Rotella T oil. After that im going to switch to amsoil 10w-40.

Purolator filters are now on sale at Pep Boys for 2 bucks with the coupon in today's ad, and there's a $1 mail-in rebate, although i don't know who would bother with such a small rebate.

I think I may be stocking up on some of these today.

$2 that's super cheap. Anyone know anything about the quality of these filters?

Dang, never mind. Turns out the coupon is no good for the moto filters.

Those bastards.

i could not wait so went ahead and got one from suzuki. But i did order a case of the filters for a supplier i know. Looking at diffents sites it seems that everyone says the purolator is the best filter for the motorcycles out there.
