That's a bad idea to angle the wheels like that. The camber force from the crowns of the tires will make the vehicle act like a car with horrible alignment problems - really darty at any kind of speed, rotten awful crappy tire wear, etc.

But that's a moot point, since it's just a concept anyway. And it looks sweet!

Also I wish the guy explained why he put the wheels at that angle, I can't see any good reason to (and a lot of good reasons not to!)
