How to view the downloaded manual?

What system components are required to download and print the complete SV service manual on this site? I can't seem to do it on any computer I try.
Any suggestions will be appreciated!

To view the service manual you will need to first decompress the file using an unzip program. Seems that most people use this free utility: http://www.winzip.com/ddchomen.htm
Once the file is unzipped, it can be viewed with this free viewer:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

The above applies if you have a "PC". If you have a Mac, then use a free program called "Stuffit Expander".

The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be obtained at the same web site as for the PC version.
