Trackdaz @ Buttonwillow, Saturday 7/1

Okay, so you guys were right about going to my first trackday with MTC being great soooooo i had to sign up for another trackday. this time i wont have my driving 5 hrs alone problem. Thanks for the advice that trackdays are fun even if your riding by yourself. the track day was great, learned a lot of new things, met new people, experienced new things but most importantly had fun even if i was getting passed left and right.
So anyways whos going to BW on July 1 or 2? I'm only signed up for the sat the 1st. couldnt afford the second day. :sad:

Wow that didn't take long at all!! It's only been 8 days and your hooked :D I think Buttonwillow is my favorite track. Wish I could go to this one.

I will be there for both days doing corner work and riding as well. Was looking at maybe sharing a hotel room if anyone is interested.

im saying, i've had this posting up for awhile. i guess no one likes me. or maybe its the daymn weather? a member was selling a slot. i forgot who it was but i know he sold it, was it to someone else on the board?

MAN...what a blast this was. I have give a thanks to Pete for allowing me to corner work the event. It was a new experience to be on the other end of the trackday. When there weren't any crashes going on we were doing a play by play announcement for the "corner workers cup". Next time i'll be sure to use my British voice though. HAHA.

I had a little mishap on Saturday afternoon as my tire got a hole in it. Paid a visit to the tire guy and took care of that. Bought my first set of Michelin Power Race.....liked the feedback and traction....not to thrilled with turn in but I was coming from a Dunlop 209 190 rear which is pretty steep in comparison.

I took about 40 min of video footage that i have yet to edit.... but as soon as i do i will post it up for all yall to see.

yup. it was a great day. my second trackday was sooo much better than the first one since i actually came with friends. not that WS wasnt fun. overall it was great. nothing better than being in a garage riding as many sessions as you can and all going home with no crashes. and of course having fun..... and im looking for another trackday. anyone know how zoomzoomtrackdays are? its $165 with classroom time.
