I think venom and goblin have more than enough depth to be able to use just two villans in the third one.

Hayden Christian Church is playing sandman, i heard him on opie and anthony the other day. Also venom is in this one, also when is the professor with one arm gonna turn into the aligator guy?

Met this dude who films on the next set over from where they are filming spidey3- he says, 1) sandman is thomas hayden church (think Lowell from the tv show wings), 2) he saw them filming a fight scene between spidey and goblin (harry osbourne), and 3) if you google, topher grace (eric from That 70s show) is indeed eddie brock/venom. (they better have some insane cgi to turn him into something remotely close to venom!!)
oh, and b4 anyone beats me to the punch, i know im a dork. (u learn alot of hollywierd info bein a bartender!)

Why do they always do that? There is never enough depth on the villians when a franchise hits the third edition. Then I never care who ends up hanging over a vat of acid and drops, only to be rescued at the last possible moment. Lame.

3 bosses is too much...i think 2 is better, venom and goblin should be perfect..but i can think of some better villains than sandman, but not sure what story line they are going to follow

well, i know sandman and goblin (son of) are in this... but i think they are only building the venom storyline... if uv seen the posters for spidey3, it isnt a b/w shot, it is spidey in the black suit (look in the background- ull see pruples/dark blues in the stormclouds) either way, im hooked....:D

If "dumbass" from that 70's show is playing Venom I think I will have had with all movies based on comics. I swear they dont even look at the source material.

Micheal, "Night Heat" & "Beetlejuice" Keaton should have never been a good Batman, but somehow he was.

IMO,

it isn't running out of storyline or too many sequels that kills a movie franchise. Its the change in DIRECTORS that totally makes one movie different from another, and makes you resent that you ever saw Part IV.

It not that each director imparts their own unique artistic vision... some people just serve up 'sh^% on a shingle' and expect you to eat it.

Aliens I = best that has ever been
Aliens II = awesome
Aliens III = marginal
Aliens IV= retarted

Batman I+II = good
Batman III+IV = retarted
Batman V = excellent

same thing for Xmen, Spiderman, Superman, etc.

Looked up the cast online and these are the two names to popped up, but for some reason Sandman wasnt on there or the actor playing him.

i havent found a trailer yet... i dont think theyve released one yet... but (according to those that saw Superman Returns at the advanced screening last night) there is a Spidey 3 trailer there!!!
