July 4th Ride, Monday 7/3

Meet Place: Am-Pm Topanga Cyn @ Devonshire
Anybody Riding Tomarrow? I just got back From San Diego and I'm Ready to Ride in These here canyons. I've got a few friends thinking of riding and we'll be out in the simi and fillmore area going the back way thru grimes cyn . We've got a route and a leader so all you have to do is show up. I'll be sweeping. I haven't been on this site for awhile. Been out of country for awhile and ready to get back into the swing of things. We'll be coming back thru Oxnard and the coast. The lead rider will have maps to pass out, he's lead before and does have a safe record leading. All bikes are welcome and speed will not be as fast as usuall. Like I said I've been out of country for awhile and ready to start all over. ;) No squids! Just a casual ride:D I'll be running up from Studio city. 118 to topanga south. I'll know more when I get there. But if anybodies riding I'll see you out there. I'll be on a copper 1000.In red white and blk.Edwards helmet. Ride safe.

The ride was great considering the fact that four of us got pulled over by CHP. There was a host of chippies all over the place. the 118 west , we had a Highway patrol following us close behind. all in all it was good. The coast was as cool as we thought it would have been. Sorry no pictures but do have video of the whole ride. If I know how to put video on disk I will put it on this site. I was the only SV out there but felt fine. I look forward in riding this sunday. I will be there on the sunday ride. Sunset and P.C.H. I've done that ride with a few friuends and it was great. I look forward in riding by Lake Sherwood going out to oxnard. I'll be looking forward in the ride.
