Help on new rear signal instalation

I bought a set of Lockhart phillips rear signals today. When I tried to install them i ran into the plug on the stock signals and saw that the replacement ones don't have that and they dont fit into the other end of the stock.
Anyone installed these before and have a tip.

When I changed my signals to flush fronts & integrator rear, I cut the stock plugs off the stock signals and attached them to the aftermarket stuff. This allows you to leave the stock connectors on the wiring harness.

Even better is at your suzuki dealer for 6 bux they make an adapter that goes from the LP plug on the blinkers to the Suzuki plug on the bike, no cutting and easy to replace/remove.
