Gallery added

Our own Photo Gallery (http://www.socalsvriders.com/gallery) added to links in the top header. Not much in there currently. Leigh will be in charge of the Gallery.

I integrated the user database to the gallery this morning, but find it "messy". I'll setup an album that anyone can add pictures to and see how that goes.

FYI, besides pictures, videos can also be uploaded to the Gallery.
