just a heads up-

if you're out for the coast ride around Palos Verdes the place has been crawling with cops for the past few weeks - they're the rudest in L.A.

I live near Palos Verdes Drive East (a nice short curvy run) and its just infested...

their not so bad up there really, but the Lomita sheriffs can be asses.

What WAS weird today, on PV Drive South @ Anchovy (PV/Pedro border) there was some weird checkpoint run by the CHP. they had one lane closed and would randomly flag a car to pull over every 5-10 minutes or so, have it drive up on a ramp and do stuff to it.
Smog checkpoint maybe? I dunno..it was odd.

man that was all day long (right in front of my house). I think they tore it down about uhhh... 3..maybe 4 or so. It was actually "just" past Gunell st on 25th heading towards Lucky's.

you should have....i ride through pv south to manhattan beach to work every day and i keep seeing more and more cops out....saw 5 cruisers between anchovy and pv cove

I quit riding PV drive because of the cops getting so thick. You need a permit to sneeze now.

If they want to catch them just look on most street corners were illegal's are looking for work !!!

Yeap, I saw B&W there two weekends in a row. One at around 3:30 Pm (down hill from PV Dr. East. to PV Dr. South and the other at around 4:30 pm (just south of Hawthorne and PV Drive South).
My PV route ride normally starts at PCH and Narbone (Lomita/Torrance), to PV Dr. East, go west on PV Dr. South and then north on PV Dr. West to Redondo Beach.
I am going to be mellow on this route from now on :angel:
