How do I add an avatar?

I am very new to the whole forum thing, how do I get a pic into my profile, it's called an avatar me thinks...

Click on Profile up at the top of the page, then click Edit Options.

I apologize for not using the search function, I HATE when I do that.

I used to frequent cycleworld.com but the server is up and down and there are a bunch of morons on the site.
