Need help adjusting chain and install sliders

I need a volunteer that is willing to help me adjust my chain for the first time and help me install my pro frame sliders. I'm 500 miles from home and dont have the proper tools and would like someone to watch over me incase i do something stupid. Any help is appreciated! thnx:D
