Alright, so who's done the F3 rear wheel, and run a 160 with a hugger with NO issues? Is it possible? Fill me in peeps!

PS: Nice meeting you all at the ride/bbq. Took me a little while to feel social :o , but you all are a fun group!

Not having done it myself, I can't say with certainty... but I don't think the change in tire profile would be that dramatic. If you had a 180 on there you'd be much more likely to have an issue IMO.

once you get the wheel on..then see how the fit is..that is really the only way to know for sure....chances are you will be fine..maybe small tweeks to make it work...

My dilemma is that I don't have the rim or a hugger yet. I was hoping somebody would have a definite answer so I could avoid potentially buying a hugger that wouldn't work. Keep the info coming! (random thoughts encouraged too)

Which is more important to you, the wheel or the hugger? Or would you only do them together?

If you want the F3 wheel no matter what, just get that going. After that, maybe you can buy a board member a six-pack to borrow the hugger off their bike to test fit.

Good idea, man. The wheel is definitely more important, and I'm working on that. The hugger isn't necessary for me cosmetically, but when I put on my undertail, I don't want to ruin the paint and/or be throwing debris everywhere.

So, who wants free beer? :D
