View Full Version : My buddy crashed.... again.

Please don't bash on me cause i have a friend like this...
...bash on him.. but try to be somewhat nice since he's my amigo...

So my buddy "BooBoo" just told me he wrecked again... for the third time. This is his 3rd big accident that have occured at speeds of 60+ (all mainly on the freeway.) Let me give you a brief history on his wrecks:
1st: wrecked on the 605 freeway skitching at 80mph. For those of you that don't know what that stupid shit is... check my album, it shows my stupid ass doing it..
2nd: Wrecked while doing a christ. Buddy stoped in front of him and he rear ended him. Other buddy was fine.
And finally, the most recent, going over 70mph while up on a wheelie. He ended up looping it and said hi to the ground.
Heres the interesting part... he never wears any gear and everytime he falls he's wrapped up like a zombe cause of his burns. HE JUST NEVER LEARNS! WTF! We keep telling him to but.. argh we give up.
Good thing is, they got it on video... so I'll be posting up a new wreck video thanks to "BooBoo." and also some pictures!
Oh, and if you want to know what kind of gear he wears, here ya go... this is "BooBoo"
Oh yeah... He's all wrapped up again... like a zombie.. ahh.

Ah well.......... the good news here is that Darwinism is probably hard at work and that good ol' "BooBoo" will most likely be departing this mortal coil some time soon. So all we can hope for is that he won't take someone else with him when he goes.

His epitaph may read thusly:

Here lies dear BooBoo
Who died on the skitch.
De-gloved like some doo-doo
Smashed in a ditch.

EDIT - after seeing the film clip, I retract what I said below. He's an idiot, driven by being the center of attention, and he's a danger to us all.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Hmmm, as much as I want to call him an idiot for stunting on public roads, I've got to give him some credit for having a pair.

I hear about way too many sissy boys riding bikes and getting hospitalized for little booboos, it makes me sick.

More points if he cleans himself up with soap and water and a finger nail brush.

Less points if he goes to the doctor.

Minus points if he goes to the hospital.

He's got balls and talent, get him to the track and see if he can lose the urge to stunt on the street.

I really hate these guys because they make us look bad...I feel for his family that they may have to go through something really bad..because of lack of thinking..has he got sklills, sure he does form the looks of that pic, but if you want to stunt go do it in a controled environment make some money, entertain some folks...but for this pendejo to go do this and mess up my freeway commute so he could get some :horny: , that's just plain inconsiderate. ok my rant is over..

There are many people that drive cars and are complete idiots. That is not to say I think everyone who drives a car is an idiot. There will always be a bad apple in the bunch but you need to be one that realizes it is not making the whold bunch bad. Just disregard the bad one and then you have a bunch of good ones. To be sterotypical is to be an idiot in it's own regards.

This guys doesn't scar up! He keeps the wounds covered until they are healed and it never scars.. kinda amazing considering how deep some were from his first wreck (slid on his back and had massive burns)

Yeah man. Not on the freeways! Come on. You could have taken out one of your bros. Could have caused a cage pile up. A car could have ridden over you and had to live with that for the rest of their lives.

Glad you're ok, but you're running out of lives! Put some proper gear on, and go do that stuff in a controlled enviroment.

Way to piss off the driving puplic and put the heat on all motorcycle riders.

To me, the worst part about people like this is that they don't care.

You think they are unaware of the dangers? Of course they know the dangers.

You think they don't know it pisses off the public? Of course they know it makes people mad.

You think they haven't thought about the possible consequences of their actions - accidents or arrests? Of course they have.

They. Just. Don't. Care.

They don't care who gets hurt. They don't care if they injure themselves. They don't care if they hurt their friends. They don't care if car drivers get angry. They don't care if people die or get crippled for life. It doesn't matter to them.

People constantly call these stunters "immature" or "stupid" or "ignorant" but those words are all inaccurate. Such words imply that they are unaware of the potential consequenses of their actions. That isn't true. These riders know EXACTLY what dangers and risks are involved. They just don't give a damn.

The most accurate and honest labels for their actions are "selfishness" and "apathy" - they do what they want and don't care what happens or who is harmed in the process.

All that being said, I am only speaking about people who do this on public roads. I know a few REAL stunters - as in movie stunt-people. They practice stunts in safe conditions in parking lots and I totally respect their skills and abilites. That is awesome stuff and really impressive.

But these selfish and apathetic assclowns who do it on the highways - no respect for them whatsoever. Not that they would care, since they have no respect for themselves or anyone else.

Wheelies are cool. Nobody is debating that. Wheelies on the highway are the least cool thing to ever happen. Your friend is an idiot. He should lose his license. He should be in jail. He should be castrated so he doesn't have children. Every person in the 20 cars that stopped behind them now think that anyone on a sportbike is dangerous. And each of those people will go and tell every person they know. There's probably another 1000 people who hate me because of what that child of a man did.

For those that are wondering, these guys ride with "blockers" in the back to slow down traffic in case anything happens. Stunters go up front....so its not done toooo idiotic. Yes, i can see how this can piss people off... but the same goes for those canyon areas which have homes.... whos residents are tired of hearing motos zoom by or hearing of wrecks...and who have even gone far enough to pour oil on canyon turns..

ok dude, no offense to you, but that is bullshit. what do you call that PT cruiser that "boo boo" did a stand up past? a figment of my imagination? not only that, but his little buddy on the ragged about black bike (an older honda i think) did the exact same thing, past the exact same car!

and even if they were "blocking", who the fuck are they to regulate the flow of traffic on a freeway?

i am all for stunt riding in the right places, and i dont have my panties in a twist over insurance premiums and public relations. but your friends are just plain assholes.

they may be nice enough people individually (i dont know them, so i cant say). but on a bike and in a group, they are dangerous, attention seeking children that need to have their toys taken away before they hurt someone.

pAint
Sat 2/10/07, 8:22PM
Note that i did say not "too idiotic." Yes, i know that they can't block everyone but they do their best to be somewhat "safe" Some of the vehicles like the truck are part of the crew, filming n'shit. Oh btw, the PT cruiser slowed down to watch.... lots of people do that. They weren't speeding either... going between 50-70mph.

I guess i should have my moto taken away too since i like going crazy in the canyons. Like i said... we all have our flavor.

But its all BULLSHIT!

I'm sure that most stunters don't claim insurance on their own damage but the damage they do to other property is claimed...this case my have only been 1 vehicle involved...well goody...this is not always the case when stunts are performed on busy roads.

To me, the worst part about people like this is that they don't care.

This is the whole problem...Not weither or not the act/stunt is cool....I have seen some very talented/skilled riders perform and am in awe at their abilities....this guy...well not so much. The wheelie has nothing to do with it, his choice in where does.

For those that are wondering, these guys ride with "blockers" in the back to slow down traffic in case anything happens. Stunters go up front....so its not done toooo idiotic

You make it sound so professional.....look at the video again there are 2 cars that the wheelies are done right beside and passed....then when he goes down, he is right in front of one...I doubt that if he would have gone down just a few seconds earlier that the out come would have been the same...and there more than likely would have been a claim made

He didn't even follow the group rules and wait for the blockers to get set up....that in itself says he does not care about them either. His control loss could easily have taken one of them out. His lack of self safety is on him, it's the disregard of others that I have a problem with.

I don't know him, I strongly disagree with his action...but if I saw him go down I'd do what I could to help him.....even if I was a victim of his selfish act........I care...

Lots of "normal" people eat at McDonalds too. But if you actually care about your health, you won't ingest that garbage.

"Normal" doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. If you actually care about yourself and other people, you don't try to scrape knee anywhere on public roads.

But as I said in my earlier post - none of the arguements against stunting make any difference. Stunters already know all these arguements. They just don't give a damn about anybody, or the safety of other people. The only thing they care about is continuing to do whatever THEY feel like doing.

Crashes? Injuries? Arrests? Deaths?

So what? Doesn't matter to them. They know those risks. They just don't care. If those stunters run your grandmother or your little brother off the road into a telephone pole, too bad. Those stunters don't give a damn who they hurt. Their actions prove it.

Selfishness and apathy, man. Selfishness and apathy.

HOW you use that $10 depends on the crowd, the bouncer and the going rates.

Wrapped in a bar towel, a roll of quarters can be lethal when swung hard.

... reminds me of an old joke I was on Johnny Carson told by Jim Backus:

He was waiting for his wife to meet him in their hotel in Rome. He was approached by a hooker and couldn't get rid of her. His buddy told him to insult her if he wanted to be rid of her.

Backus then offers her $5 - and insulted, she leaves in a huff.

Later that evening, Backus is in the lobby again with his wife as the hooker comes past on the arm of another man and turns to him and says: "see what you get for FIVE DOLLARS?"

Some guys I ride with every now and then act like this. I inadvertantly become one of the "blockers" before I eventually feel bad for all of the people whom we scare the shit out of and make a timely exit.

On the rare occasion that I ride with them, it never ceases to amaze me the shit they pull in the path of traffic. The last time I rode with them, the cops cut across the median after us. Being in the back, and not ready to die on the exit/backroad they took, I pulled over. I looked left and then right...I was fucking alone on the shoulder. 3 of the cops went after them. The 4th stopped to tell me thanks for stopping and then rejoined the chase. I went home.

Nothing good can come out of group riding in this manner.

Glad he's not dead yet.
