it's the first bike I've ever seen with Spiderman traction. That bad boy can climb walls sideways!! And all black, just in time for Spiderman 3, the search for more money.

ah, he changed the picture to something that isn't sideways, rendering my otherwise half witty comment useless.

Looks fine, but I need a test ride to be sure. Bring it by my house, you can pick it up in about 6 months.

Debaffle those stock cans. Sounds a lot deeper than those lawn mower sounding exhaust.

What exactly does debaffling entail?
I'm interested

Go to http://svrider.com/ and do a search for debaffle. There is a how to and all of that good stuff. They have audio of before and after as well.

Thanks Much!
have you heard these in person? Are they too loud/obnoxious?

I ran my stock exhaust for almost a year debaffled. It sounds a lot better than stock. It does pop while decelerating. Sometimes it back fires while coming down fast with the brakes and not the throttle at the same time. Which is normal just not as noticable with the baffle in place.

read svrider.com instructions...looks like a pain in the ass..especially for someone like me that never does mechanical work...
wonder if racinteach will do it for me??:D

It is a bit of a pain in the ass. Especially if it doesn't come out smooth. I had to use the dremel on mine for about 30 minutes to get it removed. Sometimes they come out clean. You do have to whale on it pretty damn hard to break the weld.

I think you guys are talking about two different things. One is talking about removing the baffles and the other is talking about his Holeshot pipes.

they are hole shot high mounts. a guy name dale walker makes them near lake Tahoe. he won't sell to dealers due the price increase involved in that so you have to go to his web site www. holeshot.com he makes about 2 styles for the sv1000 and also makes exhaust for about 8 other bikes. i highly recommend him and his products.
