leave the forks off, your wheelie performance will improve dramatically! Front tire wear will also improve....

got a new front end coming in, doing paint and a custom solo tail as well as some new rearsets. I'll post some pics of the end result of this nightmare when I wake up from it... :D

Joe Lieberman called. Hudassah is offended and WalMart is pulling out of the whole deal. Blockbuster won't carry the movie.

Now Burst, are you actually painting your bike??????? Can you document that? I'd love to see how ya do it. :D

that makes me think about making vid's of riding. Damn you GE, now I am going to have to buy a digital camcorder so I can take some vid's on Palomar. It's ok though, when the wife asks why I went out and spent $500 on a video camera I can just tell her to contact you for information. You can explain it to her. :D

Thankfully my bike is back on the road. It is far from done but it is roadworthy.

Well I guess I'll add my naked bike on there too (though it's supposed to be a naked)

The shifter and peg I have on there came from Burst after my bike met the asphault. (I'll be giving that back to you the next time we meet)

Yup it is a total. They're going to give me a decent amount for it so I'm going to consult my dad first, but will probably take their offer w/o doing anything else about it.

The frame being scratched up is why they are wanting to total it. The sub frame looked even more bent when I took the tail off and the rear wheel looks crooked.

I will really miss the color of the bike and the rims, but I'm sure I will love my new bike just as much.

I'd like to get an '02 SVS if I can find one. I know I can handle a super sport class bike, but I'm not even pushing the SV to it's limits so I figure why should I move up? I want to be the master of it and not have it be the master of me.

I would like a bike w/ better suspension, but I do have that Ohlin's shock coming to me (hopefully this week). And I'll dump 20 wt oil in the forks and probably add better springs this time too.

Plus faster bikes are more expensive.
