As I got into downtown Anchorage it was fun to surprise all the touristas in town for the Iditarod....I could read their minds...WTF? LOL

Well, I noticed an epic sunset about to arrive so I skiddadled down towards the airport to look out over Cook Inlet...

Amazing how once the sun goes down...things look COLD...this is downtown in Anchorage in the background...

It is getting dusky around 7pm now....we are getting about 12 minutes a day.....YAYHOO!

LOL....it is all relative...we have gone out on -20below and 15 degrees is feeling warm...

Yep, a small group of us studded our tires. These are car-like studs not ice screws that the stunters use on the lakes around here.

Great pics! It's always nice to see somewhere different. At least you're using that VStrom for what it was intended!...kinda.
