Wanted: Web designer

Im looking for a freelancer web designer to whip out some really simple web pages. Or if there some software i can use that would do the same. Do you guys have any favorites?

If you don't find anyone here,
craigslist -> "services" has a lot of freelance posters. Watch out, not all are "good" and many just use templates.

I was too cheap to hire anyone else, I suffered thru downloading and learning Mozilla seamonkey (its free and WYSIWYG) . Took me like 3 DAYS to make a simple site.

i believe MS word can also make some rudimentary HTML pages if all you need is something simple.

Dreamveaver is pretty easy and you can get a free trial that gives you about 30 days which is plenty of time if you are dedicated to figuring it out for yourself.
