Dude - I checked out your tunes...."Lucky" rox! I must say that I felt a little Morrissey in the vocals - do you get that much? Hope that doesn't offend, like you're thinking "I hate the Smiths". :o

Thanks for checking it out Mike! Hey I get the Morrissey comparo once in a while..but it's ok, I am a huge Moz fan anyway...I think he's been quite the influence for me among other bands like Alphaville, Depeche (of course), Erasure, Yaz, Camouflage, Cause and Effect, Cetu Javu, VNV Nation, Apoptygma Berzerk and many more. ;)

Cool Mike I think you will like my CD when it comes out, it will be 'harder' stuff like Lucky but still melodic. I will check out your suggestion at Amazon.com.

Ok check this out...

I went to this club Fri. coz a friend of mine was playing there...and the DJ (who is also hosting my first gig) played my songs, 'Lucky' and 'Sometimes'! WOOOP! Man, I cannot tell you the rush of hearing a song which you lovingly crafted being played at a club, while people are dancing! Actually, when 'Sometimes' came on I was already dancing with some girl, and there it was..HAHA...it was awesome.

So all you peeps, if you would like to support your local SVS-riding synthpop musician on August 16th, I will be playing club 'Addiction' hosted by the Hully Gully in Downey. It's going to be a cool first gig, plus a new futurepop band, 'Fr/action' is opening for me...hope to see everyone there! Bring lots of your sisters! There will be lesbians there too, and maybe a circus geek or three. ;)

Oh yeah, if you could bring light sticks or those little LED flashlights from the Discovery Store, that'd be cool...there are lights on stage but when I brought my LED flashlight, it was awesome...the lights seem to make everyone want to dance too.
