Ok, so as you all remember I had an accident with my Explorer a month or so ago and because the jackass ran, I didn't get a police report or his license number.

Anyway, I ordered a new front bumper from www.autobodypartsonline.com. But when I got it, I noticed that it didn't have the mounting holes that were needed. I sent the company I ordered from a couple of emails and got no reply. So yesterday I tried a different email address.

After having the guy reply and tell me that all the bumpers are the same and they'll fit all models for that year, I wrote him back (and included pictures) to inform him that he was wrong and that the bumpers were different. I asked very politely if they had the bumper I needed... and the jackass writes me back and this was his entire email: "Just cut the holes."

Can you believe that shit?!

Also, Ford can get me the part in a couple days for $315 but another parts place can get it for me in 4 to 6 weeks for $55. And both parts still need to be painted!! I'm confused!

Sorry, just venting at people's stupidity!!

I have used that company alot of times in the past and never got service that bad plus all the parts were cheaper than shit and fit properly.
