Palomar on Wednesday 6/19

Anyone interested in going to Palomar on Wednesday morning? It's really nice up there during the weekdays. We got the whole mountain for ourselves!

[edit]We are meeting at the Mobile gas station on the corner of La Jolla Village Dr + Villa La Jolla Dr, 9AM Wednesday morning.

Mother's is closed on Wednesdays I believe. We'll be doing runs up and down the tight side. In any case, I'll be sure to look out for other SV's :)

I could do wednesday afternoon..... I'll be out of work around 3:30-4:00 and ride right past the exit on my way home. Usually takes me about 45 minutes to get to 76 from work.

I'd be up for that ... it'll take me a bit longer to get over there since I'm coming from Huntington Beach ...

Afternoon is preferable ... so that I can help my friend get his tires changed in the morning ... (priorities, it's so he can ride this weekend) ...

he's gonna get me a remote control truck for cheap ... so ... i definately wanna be super nice!! :) :)

I wanna go too! I have never been up Mt. Palomar before. I live here in Irvine so it may take some time to get down there. The afternoon is definitely better for me.

Well, I don't have to work, but I've got appts. with the fiancee to look at photographers tomorrow... And I bet Palomar is a hellish ride down the freeway from Glendora... Let me know if you want to do the same thing next week sometime when I'll be based in Newport tho :)

I can be at the Mobil on 76 west of the 15 by 4:45.....
What time to you guys think you will be up there? If you are planning earlier than that, I can just head up the hill and look for you.

I have to figure out if I can make it. I have this project I need to do, that I've already been paid for, and today is the one day I can really work on it ... I kinda forgot about it until last night on the way home (guilty look) ...

I won't be going to Palomar today. I think I'll blame Leigh, keeping me up past my bedtime. ;) lol

Anyhoo I am just too tired, can't do Palomar when I am tired.

I just got back from our morning Palomar run. There weren't any other motorcycles up there!

What time did you guys leave Palomar? It wasn't planned, but my brother and I got up there at around 1130ish. I was hoping you'd all still be there, but I guess you all took off already. It was a fun ride except when those big dump trucks got in the way. I'd start to get sleepy following those things. :D

Ya, I remember the 2 dump trucks, and a fire truck. The firetruck had the muffler that exits on the right side, blowing up lots of dirt. Hate it when dust gets in my eyes through the bottom of my helmet.
