GMR Ride, Sunday 8/11

Oh I meant TOMORROW ...

GMR is the standard place to go on Sunday for me ... I'm not sure if I have plans this weekend or not yet, but if I don't, that sounds like a good place to go.

Sorry, I work tomorrow (until 6, though it's usually 5). Every once in a while I will take a day off of work to ride somewhere. I might take a day off this month to do Angeles Crest, if my friend ever comes back from France. I would also want to do that Streets of Willow Track Day for $99 dollars. I looked at their website today, it's www.ccriderlosangeles.com. Looks kind of cool, oops I mean kewl.

Hey Kurt.... I am going to try and get some gear together so my neighbor and I can do that track day. I'll let you know what our plans are when we finalize everything. If you want to go, we may have room in the trailer for more bikes.....

i just went to gmr today. lots of fun. ill do it any day of the week cause its practically in my back yard. i live in west covina...only about 8 miles away.

ill stay posted to see when youre actually meeting up, and chances are, ill be there.

Well looks like I won't be riding on Sunday 'cause I'll be going to 6 flags. Anyone want to do something on Saturday the 10th in LA?

although i'm kinda thinking it'd be nice to do something social, besides riding ... tho' i'm not sure if there's anything else to do ...

Well they're having a "social" ride down in San Diego on Saturday, but I'm not going to ride all the heck the way down there to putt around.

Like maybe riding around and then doing like a little bbq or something ...

Newport, but I considered finding my way up there Saturday night for a Sunday ride... Haven't decided yet though.

We usually meet around 8 or 9 ... not sure what time yet, and who is in the group varies ... unless other SV peeps go, I'm usually the only SV there.

Okay, I'm getting a new rear tire tomorrow, hopefully installation on the wheel should be fairly simple afterwards... Let me know where you're meeting, and hopefully I'll be able to make it, if I can get the wheel on...

I'm not going to go on Sunday... I got an invite to go dirt bike riding and well ... I can not pass such an opportunity up. It's something I"ve always wanted to do. :)
