View Full Version : Arrrrrgh, site loading problems...

All day today, I've been having troubles with page loading from this site and this site only. Sometimes there is no response or connection refused; other times, I get a bunch of broken images. Usually a reload or retry fixes it. I've had the same problem at work and at home.

Any ideas?

Edit: Here's a sample of the message I get...
Could not open the page “http://www.socalsvriders.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4599" because Safari could not load any data for this location.

Sorry... haven't been online all day. I think I just fixed it. It was a misconfiguration, but not by me, that's causing the httpd process to restart all the time.

I apologize for the somewhat-expected downtime today. Most of the hardware problem is solved. Now we're working on some software fixes.

oh thank god(paul)....

i was starting to get the shakes man. couldn't figure out what to do with myself. went to some *other* bike sites but they just didn't cut it. I needed my fix bad and there was nowhere to go. Just when I was ready to give up.......

the board is back. :D Now I can go home and drink a beer.

Yeah, I was watching the chargers game and I kept trying to hit the site so I could talk at people in the CB about it, but there was nothing...

BTW, that Chatman guy kicks ass.

Paul had to go in and fix a hard drive problem on the server. Things should be good now!

On several occasions now I have not been able to get onto this site at all, yesterday was one of those times. When I typed the URL it came back 'nothing found', did anyone else have problems yesterday? It has happened to me three or four times since I joined. Please don't make me get cable TV.......:eek:
