These guys are fucking clueless! I ordered all my stuff over a month ago. I finally received the final portion(shipment #3) of my order the other day. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG REARSET!!! :sad:
They sent the one for the nekkid and not the "S" version.
They did this after I specified in the order form, on the phone and in an email that my bike is a "S". Did they listen? Obviously not.
They had already sent the wrong bar ends, you'd think they would have double checked these things. No more ordering over the net for me.......

I just ordered the 49-state pilot air jet and needle from Hahm Motorsports...they quoted me $11.99 and $9.99...EACH! Grand total for the special order was $47!!! Of course, I just went ahead and paid it since I was already there, but hell, that's waaaay more than I expected. Did you pay about the same?

I paid for a bunch of other stuff at the same time...... Total bill was around $80-$90 I'd have to check the receipt when I get home to see what they actually charged me.

That is about what I paid for mine. Wait untill you see the pilot air jets. They look like mini main jets.

Yup. I remember checking them out when I rejetted...very tiny. That's why I was so shocked at the price! Pay more, get less. Of course, it's "special order" so ya gotta pay now and no refunds. Sheesh!

We're talkin the pilot AIR jet here, not the pilot FUEL jet. The air jet is a teeny tiny little thing in your float bowl...looks like a mini-main jet. I won't have my stuff until next week, but I don't think that we'll be able to see a physical difference between the CA and 49 state parts...I'll let everyone know if I do...

Brad, you should be able to order that stuff from any Suzuki dealer...Suzuki part #'s are (thanks to rick77f):

Here's a link to the original thread on the main board re: 49-state pilot air jets and needles. It doesn't seem like this will solve your problem though...why haven't you gone back to the dyno-man yet and done the exhaust gas analyzer thing? I thought you said that you were just gonna do that...

yah u heard right... Not on OEM parts, u dont recieve the 10% :eek: oh well, paid for chassis protectors and carbon fiber key gaurd for $99.

I bought the Suzuki OEM brake pedal from their site and it turned out to be a Suzuki Racing OEM part. I've been lazy and haven't installed it yet, but it might not be able to use the brake lamp return spring.

how come OEM parts are so expensive? is it cause the manufacture doesnt make them in a lot of bulk as they would when they make them to put on the bikes? i take it as kinda a slap in the face..the manufactures say...hey ur dumb enough to break it, ur suckered enough to pay for it
