Adding pics to gallery albums

On my member photo album there's a box to click on to upload more photos. I want to add photos to an event album, specifically SD Ride 11/30/03 but theres no upload photo button, what do I do? Surely I dont need to create a new album??

The creator of the SD Ride 11/30/03 album needs to change permissions to the album to allow other people (specific users, or all registered users) to add photos to the album.

Alternatively, you could create a sub-album (provided the creator of the SD Ride 11/30/03 album didn't turn off that permission to allow registered users to create sub-albums).

Album permissions (user and group perms) are under the "Options Menu" pull down on the left-upper region of the Gallery album view.

Just curious if there was a way to merge albums. I just noticed that there were three different albums created from the NQGE ride today, and it would be better if they were all in one.
