Game: Counter-strike

i just saw a post about 1942 in the off topic section and it got me to thinking.

does anyone here play counter strike or call of duty ?? if so would any one like to get together and shoot each other in the head later ?? :D

i cant hang out with all you "cool" people in california, but i still have an internet connection :p

i have heard much about this counter strike game but have been clean of those type things for quite a while now... i have learned its an addiction of mine and since have been clean for almost 2 years now. if not i would probably have failed out of school by now. it ended with g.t.a

ya gta is like crack. i would just sit there and car jack some housewife out of you suv, shoot her in the head and then run over her body repeatedly. then i would run from the cops till i could get 4 or 5 stars, and could get a tank. then the real fun would start :D

Have you been to a lan center recently? If you're a loser like me and you have nothing better to do than play at a network gaming center until 2 am, you would notice that it is still the most played multi player game out there. Why else would they release a 3 year old game on X box?

ya dude, cs will never die. its just going to get better when they come out with cs2 based off the source engine that they are using to make half life 2.

ok a bit more seriously cs rocks casue it has seamless network code, it has fairly low system requirements and its all about the gameplay, not the flashy graphics and stupid crap. its the game of choice for real gammers. play on a few hardcore cs servers, you will see what i mean.

there is even a pro league for the love of god. the CAPL cyber athletes professional league. its kind scary but if you stop and think about it, its the future of war fighting. and if you say " no way, its just an overpriced toy" think about this.
