Not necessarily sad news -- it looks like I won't be able to do more than a few race weekends the rest of this season. I hate seeing 'PotatoHead' just sitting in the garage. I figure someone else can buy him, go out and race and they'll both be *very* happy :)

As far as getting something else, I'm hoping to be able to get another bike together for the last couple of races of the year and do the full season attack again in '04. Not sure yet, but it might be another SV -- I've certainly enjoyed racing this one and been lucky enough to do well at it.

Team Squid Pro Quo may be on hiatus, but it's not gone! ;)

Hey all --

The next WSMC race weekend is just two weeks away and I'd really love to see someone from this list out there enjoying themselves on my SV superbike. To help make that happen, I'm going to lower the asking price for the bike by approximately the cost of a set of tires AND the Sat. practice and one race entry for Sun!! Think of it as getting the bike and your first race weekend free.

New asking price is $6,250.

I rode the bike for a FasTrack day at Calif. Speedway the last weekend of June and it's running great and ready to go. As I said, it's a turn-key race winner, just needs a rider :)
