The Goldwing is actually pretty sporty, albiet a little large than the average sportbike. If any of you have ever scene a Goldwing up close or ever ridden one you know that it is very easy to scrape that bike.
An older guy I work with has an '02 Golding and he has no problem keeping up me me on my 650 and another friend on his 1k.

I don't doubt that it has the oooomph to keep up with the SV. Sporty enough for some decently nice long sweeping curves every now and then will be okay for that bike.
But to scrape the pegs while crossing the double yellow, not once but all throughout the video....I don't condone that crap.
BTW, notice the tennis shoes?:D

Looks like he nearly lost it over the ede about 45 seconds into the video. Not to entertaining of a video either.
!!!!!
Can you call a guy on a goldwing a squid?
Actually, this guy is a threat, given the frequency that he crosses over the double yellow. And not just a slight stray over the lines, there's at least one time that he's waaay over in the other lane. I wouldn't want to have a head-on collision with a goldwing while driving my car, let alone riding a bike.

It's at least good to see that he has his protective tennis shoes and jeans on while he scrapes and crosses the double yellow line.

Yeah this guy's a wannabe squid. ;)
On an interesting side note, my MSF instructor rides a big ol' metallic orange Goldwing and that man can turn that thing 180 in a single parking space. He's amazing. :)

Head on collision between for rager and R1. Notice the "God is my CoPilot Licence Plate. Very Ironic.

Damn! Looks like a cannon ball went through the radiator. That crack on the windshield looks nasty. Was probably caused by the rider's head.
Do you know if the guy survived?

The Goldwing dude is being totally squidly for crossing the double yellow that much...he's easily putting the lives of others at risk. It's retarded to try and ride a big fat bike like that when you could get a proper weapon which won't scrape on every turn..sheesh...the worst thing is that he's crossing WAY over the yellow and still continues to push it.

Not smart. When your dragging hard parts you have no where to go if you need to tighten up your turn to correct your line for whatever reason. Even hitting a dip or bump can unweight your tires and send you sliding. Gotta love them low tennis shoes.
Hint:
People if your gonna do something stupid don't show the world!

One of the groups I hang with welcomes riders of all types of bikes, from Harley Dynas to Gixxers. Unfortunately, they sometimes aren't very good about keeping a pace that accomodates the riders of the slower and less-tossable bikes. Once, a guy on a GoldWing--whom obviously had bought the hype about it handling "just like a 600 supersport"-- nearly ate it when he unloaded the suspension on the cylinder head around a tight hairpin. He swang wide and ended up in a ditch without injuring much more than his ego, thank God.
Bring the right tool for the job. It's possible to drive screws into a wall using a hammer, but doing so should impress no one.

This is the funniest thread I've read on the board so far...
This guy is pretty much a God over at the Gap, known to smoke the sportbikes.

Pretty much proves it's the rider, not the bike.
Sorry if it's a repost.
EDIT: :(
EDITx2: Found the vid, working on uploading now :)

There's nothing remotely cool about a retard dragging the crap out of a goldwing. It is entertaining to see once. Just remember that guy is out there in the opposite lane when you consider blowing the double yellow on a blind corner. Yay.
