I saw a silver SVS on the side of the road on the way home today. I stopped to see if I could help out. Could not figure out what was wrong. But while I was waiting there with this lady, she proceeds to thank me and it turns out she is the Parts Manager for SD House of Motorcycles...... Said to come in and she'd "take care of me".

I am thinking group buy of some sort.
Who wants to buy what? Anything in particular that none of us has but everyone wants?

I think I'm pretty much done pouring money into my bike. After I get the lower fairing, I'll just stick to my annual costs for repair and upkeep.

yesterday going to work, i saw this CBR (think a 600) on the side of the freeway stopped...i did some fast braking action to pull over, but when i was almost completely stopped i saw him take off..i gave him the thumb up to see if everything is ok and he nodded...i felt proud of myself, didnt even have second thoughts that i might be late to work :D

I stopped to help out a Harley rider a few months ago, which on it's own is of little merit. What i think makes this stand out is the fact that this guy was part of the local harley group who was having a poker run that day. This guy was passed by like 40+ of his "Brothers" and not a damn one stopped to help him. He and I poked and prodded for like an hour before another two of his fellow club members stopped and called a truck to haul the stricken bike home.

The dudes were tres cool, too.. all sorts of gnarly stories..

anyhow.. crazy shit.
