With the test being written on that striped background it's pretty hard to read. Just a cosmetic thing and it didn't stop me from ordering my shirt and sticker. =)

ROFL! White text on a white background. Much easier to read now....once I select the whole page. =)

Just curious, what web browser/os are you using? Anyone else seeing white text and white background on the Shop page, and can offer a possible fix? I tried Netscape 6.2 and IE 6.0, both look alright.

It's not browser. It's that I'm using the "blue" style settings.
Default is just way too bright and orange is...well...fugly =)
Ah... forgot that people are using styles other than default ;) Thanks for the tip! I have a really bad sense of color coordination. Like the new "Pink" style?
Added a new "dark" style (http://www.socalsvriders.com/forums/member.php?s=&action=editoptions), and made some improvements(?) on styles. Scroll down to the bottom and select a style you like -- another reason to register: your choice of colors!

Using the "dark" color scheme, viewing profiles is way difficult... grey background with white and dark grey text.

Yeah, much. Thanks for the quick response and all the hard work on the site.

I'd like to see something in a Mauve, maybe a hint of Periwinkle, with a touch of Persimmon, or possibly Taupe.....

That's now the default style, inspired by the deserts of Iraq.
Don't like it? Click here (http://www.socalsvriders.com/forums/member.php?s=&action=editoptions) to choose from other equally unattractive styles (near the bottom, under Style).

Wow, I hate this new color and I don't like any of the others either. Bring back the original color scheme, please.

I kinda like it cuz I do a most of my viewing of this board at work and need a bland color. That way it dosent look like I am viewing a porn site.

well, i love this site, and i'm trying to like the new colors, but i'm with Kurt on this one. maybe have a color scheem called "old school" for us to choose from that has the old colors. i like the boring one, but the little icons at the top are gone, and i have to scroll down for stuff. i'll stop complaining now.:D

Those who are at work can try out the "Work" style by changing your "Style" at the bottom of this page (http://www.socalsvriders.com/forums/member.php?s=&action=editoptions). This is still a work in progress, similar to the now-gone "Boring" style.
I brought the old, depressing style back as "Default". I know there are many designers out there... so help a brother out, colorize a screenshot of this page (or the main page (http://www.socalsvriders.com)), or point me to a site with "happening" colors for me!
thanks for bring back the old depressing style back. now things feel right:D

Paul,
I liked the "Dark" color set up you had but when you changed the "Latest Discussions" text color, it makes it really hard to read with the Dark Blue and Black. I suggest changing it to a lighter color for at least that color preference.
On the flip side, I do like how you put event in a different color. Now I have no excuse for not knowing about something.:p
