That constipated look is the "I'm desperately holding my breath to make my chest look bigger and my stomache look flatter so hurry up and snap the damn picture!" look.

It happens a lot with less experienced models and/or photographers. But that is a pretty extreme (and funny) example.

BTW: still hot, yup.
