So I decided to become SLIGHTLY more sociable than I've been since I got up here and went and hung out w/my sister and brother for an afternoon/evening ... here are pix from that ... (my family is a bit scary ... but the very last picture is worth it ...)

(i look better without... something to do w/my facial structure, the only time my hair looked good long was when it was tied back so that i looked like i had no hair)

This is my hair, with just a wee bit of aloe added to help w/frizziness ... most of the time it was straight because I was wearing a helmet ... and most of the time, I kept it tied back ... and I was NEVER happy with it long ...

Not used to it? How so? It takes me years to grow my hair ... 5 minutes to cut it off. I had hair past my shoulders for years ... I was never happy with it ... I grew it out cuz' I felt I would be more feminine and attractive, but then I always felt less me and less attractive ...

I am happy with short hair. It is right now a lot shorter than I usually keep it. I just can't afford to pay someone to cut it ...

(BTW - Kurt ... I don't think I"d be the femme nazi ... I'd be the lonely tom boy ...)

I think you do look better with your buzz cut..you'd probably look good with a pixie-Winona Ryder type cut as well. Speaking of haircuts..I need one! Gotta find a hairdresser around here..

Probably. That usually seems to be the case ... (people projecting their hair issues on others ... i used to tell everyone to cut their hair off when I was growing mine ... and now i'm totally like "hair zen" ... everyone has their own hair, and it's good)

You'd not believe how many guys are actually quite rude about the short hair on girls thing ... I think most guys prefer long hair on girls ... however, I'm so much happier with short hair ... that even people who prefer long hair, tend to approve of the short hair, just because my general comfort level is higher, so I look better overall.

I used to prefer long hair on guys ... I really like the relationship between the jawline down to the neckline and long hair tends to get in the way of my being able to see that, so unless the long hair looks really good on a guy, and is well kept, I tend to prefer short hair ...

after college, i have a management job working with construction persons (not to stereo-type) but a lot of those dudes cant spell. i have guys asking me "how do you spell ditch" their version "dich" or column - their version "colom" dont worry, as long as the point gets across, and "you're" not being graded, dont worry about "your" erroneous grammar, just have fun!! :clown:

Well you know it's not life or death or nuthin'...I mean it is up to people whether they want to put effort into spelling...that is, assuming they know they are misspelling a word.

Personally, for me it takes less effort to spell a word correctly than to wonder forever if I've spelled something right. I guess I am a bit obsessive that way.

No worries...I just think people tend to think you're dumb when you can't spell (more so with simple words). Since I care about you guys\girls, I don't want that to happen, so I point out the occasional spelling error. Typos don't count, everyone makes typos.

See, if I always typed to much instead of too much, god dammit I'd want someone to tell me. :)

If I freaked out and killed the messenger, that'd be my problem, not that anyone's freakin' out or anything.

Hehe...yeah, pretty funny shit, but I don't actually know those guys. A co-worker showed me some of their stuff, and I just thought I'd share.

Checked out some of the hiredgoons videos. Funny. I like The Dead Hate The Dead Hate The Living. It left the taste of Sambuca in my mouth...and there's nothing that I love more in this life. And that U Mean I'm Not was pretty fuckin funny, too. 3 Is The Magic Number made me want to bash my skull in with a hammer, so, of course, it's one of my favorites.
